Music House

Music House (MH)

Founded in 1986 by Robin Philips - a stalwart of the music library business – and sold to EMI in 1997, the Music House label is a musical chameleon. Constantly adapting itself to deliver the most up-to-date trends, the label has worked with some of the UK’s most innovative commercial record labels including Mute, Distinctive, Soma, Damaged Goods and Tummy Touch. With a catalogue overflowing with works by renowned composers covering a multitude of genres, you’ll be truly spoilt for choice.

Music House aims to break down the boundaries between library and commercial music with a catalogue that ranges from mainstream indie rock and pop to electro, chill-out and house. Commercial artists featured on the label include Hybrid, The Lovers and Si Begg.
